Nothing Much New
Well there really hasn't been anything new going on this side of the world, walking and taking photos of the birds, trees & plants. Still wanting to go to the zoo soon, or to a park with the kangaroos. Robin has been working, and that is about it for him, he may have to go offshore on sunday night, and he isn't sure for how long, so I could be by myself for a few days to a few weeks, hopefully it is only a few days.

You sound bored? Did you ever find a stable or anything around you there with horses? How about nesting stuff: you know furniture and towels and tablecloths or whatever? or is your place all furnished? I have been having fun shopping on Kijiji and got a really nice table and chairs like I have always wanted for 200 bucks (anniversary/birthday present). Love it. And the French cooking thing was fun for a while (till I gained weight). Back in the saddle now at least part days and housework keeps me busy the rest of the time. Take care of yourself and Bump.
ReplyDeleteI actually have found a stable and the ladies there want me to teach "western pleasure" not sure how to teach "western pleasure" I use to show, but so much changed since then, new rules and what not. I would love to get my saddle over here for them to see, I showed them photos of the gear we use at home, and it was like Robin showing me engine parts... blank looks. One lady is actually from Texas but she never started riding till she lived in England. It is hard for them to get any raw hide into the country, everything has to be gamma ray, and apparently it is very expensive. I have one lady that wants me to come ride her horse for her, nothing to major or hard, just in an arena so she can get some exercise. If I can figure out how to get there since it is a ways away from the house and we only have one car.
